Chilled Water Plant
Elite Automation was proud to be selected as the control’s contractor for the Chilled Water Plant project at William Jewell in 2022. This project consisted of 2 major chilled water plants that work together to provide chilled water to 8 campus facilities. DDC Controls were installed in each building to control water temperature and water flow to each building. This is Phase 1 wrapped up.
Elite Automation was awarded William Jewell Phase 2 which consists of full automation in 4 campus facilities. This large project includes DDC Controls for several Boilers, AHUs, VAVs, and other various HVAC Equipment. This project is ongoing and scheduled to be complete this year.
We installed the Johnson Controls Facility Explorer system which is built on the Niagara Framework.
